BEFORE APPOINTMENT Please make sure you come with a clean face. NO makeup, lotions, creams, or oils. This makes a better set. If you are SICK please let me know and we can reschedule. Please do not come if you are feeling sick. DEPOSIT A$20 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is REQUIRED upon booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total amount due. In the event of one reschedule, the deposit can be transferred. However, if there are multiple reschedules, a new deposit will be required. Please send deposit immediately when booking via Apple Pay or Zelle. If no deposit is sent your appointment will be cancelled. Please put the date you are sending the deposit for. PAYMENTS Please pay remaining balance via CASH, ZELLE OR APPLE PAY. CASH Payments are discounted $5 OFF. Cash is preferred (you get $5 off when paying in cash). Moving forward I will only accept Cash, Apple Pay, or if Zelle. LATE POLICY You have a 15 MIN grace period to arrive. Please let me know immediately if you will be running late. If you are LATE 15 minutes or more there will be an automatic FEE OF $20 applied to service. CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS/RESCHEDULING Please notify me at-least 24 HOURS in advance for any changes or cancellations to avoid a 50% service charge of original appointment. Fee must be paid immediately, if not no further appointments may be booked until paid. NO SHOWS will no longer be able to book in future. If you cancel your appointment a new deposit will have to be made and the previous one forfeit. FILL INS You must have at least 40% of your lashes remaining for a fill in service anything less than that will be a automatic full set. I offer fills up to 3 weeks. Please be aware anything after 3 weeks and 4 days + weeks is a full set. AFTER HOURS/ SQUEEZE IN Please message me for all squeeze in appointments for an ADDITIONAL FEE OF $30. This involves requesting appointments that are not listed online. Includes appointments before and after business hours. RETENTION If your are having retention issues please let me know within 2 days of your appointment and we can arrange something within 7 days of your appointment free of charge.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
